Our Story
Trezona Gluten-Free Bakery started with a simple mission: to create 100% gluten-free treats without compromising on flavor. Founded by Michael and Lise, this bakery began in a small shop in Saint Marys, but as word spread, it quickly outgrew its humble beginnings.
Now based in a larger facility on Midera Avenue, Edwardstown, Trezona is powered by a passionate team, owned by the Burke family, husband and wife duo, Rick & Kelley, and their son, Hayden. With the help of Head Chef Carlie, they create delicious, gluten-free goodies. Together, the team is dedicated to serving the gluten-free community with love and expertise.
